We assess your needs. This involves defining the precise scope and nature of your business situation. Our goal is to make sure technology is serving your needs cost-effectively, while providing enough flexibility for company growth. We identify key players. We are especially interested in reviewing internal resources that may impact your project. Using internal resources can not only help reduce costs, but also leave you with valuable in-house knowledge. We negotiate with subcontractors. If additional management information specialists are needed, we maintain the business relationships needed to supplement your existing team. Our extensive network of subcontractors are knowledgeable in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise applications, including both Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise One World. We design, implement, and customize special management applications to fit your business environment. Our project managers help clients set goals and timelines for each phase of the project. Each manager also helps develop the strategy for implementation of, or conversion to, Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise software packages. Over the past 17 years, looking at projects of all kind, HJ Terrrell Inc. has developed an implementation methodolgy called HJT Method It is represented by the Flowchart in Figure 1.1 We manage your systems operation. We know exactly what’s needed to phase new or revised systems and procedures into your operation. The HJ Terrell team can handle the entire start-up or conversion, including how and when it will take place, who will participate, and what constitutes a successful conversion. We train your staff and document the procedures necessary to provide systems continuity and stability.
